Refund Policy


A cancellation occurs when either a customer or supplier voids an order via the card account or bank account used, and before working on the order has begun. EmailCraft will not collect any funds from the customer upon cancellation, and previously authorized funds will only be released at the bank's discretion.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your completed order, you may contact us for a full refund. EmailCraft will provide the reimbursement, and deposit the amount previously charged back to your bank account.

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

EmailCraft respects your designs and will use them only to achieve the established goals. Neither designs nor completed code will be shared or distributed to any third parties.

EmailCraft will not take your artwork and use it on other sites. Be sure that your designs won't be resold or given to any third party. All copyrights that belong to you or your company will remain yours.

EmailCraft guarantees that all the information that we receive from you (sketches, texts, designs, ideas, contact information, clients) will remain confidential.

EmailCraft respects your business and is interested in our collaboration on a regular basis. The information we collect online goes through appropriate procedures that guarantee its secure storage and usage.

We will provide a full refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with the final product, and you provide us with the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  • The work on your order hadn't been started when the request for a refund was received.
  • The order could not be completed according to its specifications.

Any conversation a User has with any representative of EC may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance purposes. A User who does not wish to have a conversation recorded must alert the representative with whom such User is speaking to cease recording such conversation. A User's continued participation in a conversation without expressly requesting for the conversation to not be recorded shall serve as such User's express consent to have the conversation monitored and recorded.
