Where are you located?
Our company is located and incorporated in the U.S. However, many of our development offices are also located in Europe.
Do you only make designs for email templates?
While email templates are our primary focus, we can design and develop a website for you as well.
Are upfront payments required?
Yes, upfront payments are required. This is to ensure we can get started on your design and markup right away, and offer a speedy delivery. We still offer a Money Back Policy if you are not completely satisfied.
What are the requirements for an email template?
Most email clients and email campaign applications have restricted CSS support. They use table-based markup without background images. Email templates require the inline css structure. The code we provide conforms to XHTML 1.0 Transitional standard and is compatible with the widest range of email clients / programs.
When creating a design we take all these restrictions into consideration to make your template compatible and viewable in as many clients and applications as possible.
If you want to order markup for an existing design, please make sure that your design conforms to the email markup restrictions stated above.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, discounts for bulk orders are available. Simply contact us for more details.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, revisions are just a part of any design process. We offer up to three revisions for all templates.
Exactly which email clients do your templates support?
All of our templates are compliant with all the major email clients. Below is an exact list of all the clients we support and test our templates in:

What types of files do I need to provide?
Things like artwork or photos, text, or product photos can be helpful. If you can provide the content, we'll take care of the rest.
What type of information do you need for the comments section while ordering?
Just tell us how you see your newsletter. Any kind of details will be useful. Specify any colors, branding, themes, etc. It will be also helpful for us to know about your target audience and main goals of the campaign.
